Welcome to BelemLights.... not something I thought I would be doing after retiring from 38 years of nursing!

It's all Milly's fault, my very enthusiastic young spaniel who wants to be on the beach all the time. It was on one of these occasions that I stumbled across my first belemnite fossil. I took it home & researched a bit about it & discovered them to be fossilised squids that were hundreds of millions of years old! This blew my mind, so much so that I collected quite a glut which I then wanted to showcase & preserve in some way & so BelemLights was born!
